MAMH Testimony in Support of H.3602/S.1238, An Act Establishing Peer-Run Respite Centers Throughout the Commonwealth

Written testimony to Chair John Velis, Chair Adrian Madaro, and members of the Joint Committee on Mental Health, Substance Use and Recovery in support of H.3602/S.1238, An Act establishing peer-run respite centers throughout the Commonwealth. This legislation would help ensure that individuals experiencing mental health crises have access to voluntary, community-based, peer-driven services.
